Hockey MRO Refund Policy

• Up to September 1st: 100% refund minus a $100 administration fee = refund of $530
• September 1st to 15th: 80% of $530 = $424, minus membership fees from Hockey Canada, Hockey Québec, and Hockey Lac St-Louis.
  (Membership fees are mandatory dues that every participant must pay to be a member of Hockey Canada and Hockey Québec. Amounts may vary depending on the level – see note below.)
• September 16th to October 1st: 60% of $424 = refund of $254.40, minus membership fees from Hockey Canada, Hockey Québec, and Hockey Lac St-Louis.
• Late fees ($50) are non-refundable.
• No refunds after October 1st.
• To request a refund, please contact your coordinator.

Pre-Novice (Pré-Novice)

• Up to October 31st: Refund minus a $150 administration fee = $480.
• No refunds after November 1st.

NOTE

Refund Policy for Hockey Québec Player Dues 2025–2026

While Hockey Québec’s general regulations state that membership fees are non-refundable, Hockey Québec will accept refund requests if a player “resigns” and leaves before September 1st, 2025, provided this is confirmed in writing.

After this date, Hockey Québec will only authorize a refund once proof is submitted that the player in question did not set foot on the ice in any activities organized by its members.
